Wild Game Cooking Classes
Join Dylan and his guest chefs for an evening of learning about wild food and experience a truly unique dining experience.
They will share some of their favourite recipes with you and help you develop and perfect your techniques for cooking wild foods.
You will prepare a three-course dinner together. Each dish will showcase fundamental techniques for preparing wild game. Each dinner will have its own unique menu to showcase the diversity and creativity of wild fare.
Our chef will lead the class through preparing a wild game feast over the course of three hours. The guests will help out along the way, while the chef shares fundamental tips and techniques for cooking wild foods, and then we will Eat Wild together.
What to bring: your enthusiasm and appetite! We will provide everything else that is required.
The bar will stay open so you can enjoy a beverage while cooking or a glass of wine with dinner.
Dinner will include wild foraged ingredients, and venison sourced from 2 Rivers Meats.
