Event Reminder
We will get started at 6:30pm with a safety orientation and to sign a waiver. We will dive into the butchering for the next couple of hours.
Location: Pizza Carano, 4241 Fraser St, Vancouver
We will provide aprons and butchering knives. You can bring your own hunting knife. We will spend some talking about knives and how to sharpen them.
The bar at Carano will be open so you will be able to purchase beer, wine and light snacks.
