What You’ll Do

  • Pull prawn traps, dig clams, collect oysters, and pick sea urchins
  • Learn oyster farming and coastal homesteading at the Angus Family Oyster Farm
  • Participate in a gourmet long-table dinner prepared by Jody Peck and Dylan Eyers
  • Enjoy light snacks and take in breathtaking coastal scenery

Important Information

  • What to Bring: Rubber boots, warm layers, wool hat & gloves, rain gear
  • Harvest Notes: 1-day saltwater fishing license required ($5). Sustainable harvesting only.
  • Food: Light snacks provided; dinner from 4–6 pm. Seafood sourced according to health regulations.
  • Location & Travel: Sunshine Coast, near Egmont, BC. Ferry recommended. Weekend stay encouraged.
