Spend the day exploring the West Coast rainforest, harvesting mushrooms, fiddleheads, and wild greens, then create a collaborative dinner with Jody Peck of Wild Norther Way — all while learning directly from the EatWild crew.

This is your chance to enjoy nature, learn hands-on skills, and share a table full of wild spring flavours in a private, relaxed setting.

What You’ll Do

Your Exclusive Day Includes:

Guided Foraging Expedition 

  • Private tour led by the EatWild guides.
  • Learn to identify and harvest wild mushrooms, greens, and flowers safely and ethically.
  • Learn to orienteer and navigate in the wild 

Processing & Storage 

  • Hands-on guidance on cleaning, prepping, and storing your harvest.
  • Learn insider tips from the EatWild team to extend freshness and flavour.

Private Interactive Feast 

  • Collaborate with Jody Peck in creating a wild, seasonal menu.
  • Share stories, recipes, and laughs with your group and the EatWild crew.
  • Enjoy a long table dinner inspired entirely by the day’s foraged treasures.

  • Weather-appropriate layers & sturdy hiking shoes
  • Water bottle & snacks
  • Pocket knife & harvest basket or bag

  • Arrive having had lunch—dinner begins around 6 PM
